COVID-19

Arrive with clean hair. Masks are optional, as long as you do not have symptoms. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring in order to keep the space properly sanitized. Thank you for your help in keeping things clean, tidy and safe for everyone in our community.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Text 503-707-2424 from your car and wait to hear when it is your turn to enter the building. Press 322 on the call box and I will buzz you in. Take the elevator to the third floor and relax in the waiting area. Hand washing and/or hand sanitizer is suggested upon arrival. There is a restroom just down the hall from the salon.

If you have received a positive COVID-19 test, please reschedule once you have been symptom free for 72 hours or five days has passed since your positive test (whichever is greater). If you have a fever and/or feel generally under the weather, please reschedule.

Cancellations

Just a reminder, a 48 hour notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes in order to avoid being charged 50% of scheduled service. Please be sure to email, and/or call or text if something comes up and you need to cancel. In the case that you have to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the next time you book an appointment, an additional charge will be added to your bill. No shows will result in full charge.

If you are unable to make your appointment and do not let me know, this will result in a full charge of scheduled appointment.

 

Late policy

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes it’s out of your control. I will do my best to accommodate you in the time-frame we have together. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule you or skip a blow dry in order to respect my following clients.
